A sneak peek at the menu

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you… all the Little Banzinis (well, at least most of the front of house staff). These are the people that have been hired to deliver The Flying Banzini Experience. No pressure.

The menu boards will be getting printed on Wednesday morning. The full website will go live on Friday.

Not formatted in the Flying Banzini way but here is The Flying Banzini menu as it stands, hours before starting to serve.

My philosophy is, “Don’t do very much but what little we do we should do very, very well.” I am particularly proud of the fact that one of our soft bun sandwiches with a side salad or soup is $9.95. I wanted The Flying Banzini to be elegant, interesting, fast, and AFFORDABLE. I think we made it.

Oh I wish you were open for breakfast! I could so see me there!

I love the descriptions - that alone sets you apart from the fro fro restaurants - the TLC about hand torn, and hand stretched … and local beverages! Yum!

Yum! That looks fabulous!

Woo-Hoo! Gluten-free Options! * Happy dance * - Are they at an additional cost?

Looks fantastic! Can’t wait to come in and start working through the (vegetarian parts of) the menu. I like the fact the desserts look small, instead of those grotesquely large ones most restaurants offer, and I never order.

Looks so amazing! Congrats. Can’t wait to try it!

Gluten free options are not at extra costs (at least, not yet… I haven’t looked at the cost of them).

Please be aware that are cannot offer gluten free. We are gluten sensitive. The buns are gluten free but we are a small shop and they run down the same prep table as the gluten laden buns moments before. A small amount of crossover is inevitable.

Maria and Heather… we don’t take reservations. The Flying Banzini experience, if we are doing it right, is elegant but also very fast. From placing your order to receiving your meal should be about seven minutes.

In the future we will take reservations for “The Grotto” which is our small private room in the basement. But I can’t even figure out where the basement is right now as I am just too busy…

The menu tastes delicious - will try it

Looks delish and I especially love the affordableness of your menu. Some of us are on limited incomes & would like a bite out once in awhile! I can’t afford the majority of the restaurants in the ‘hood - their prices are ridiculous, though maybe not for the yuppies & that ain’t me!

Thanks for thinking of us “minorities” Dave
