Rubbed with olive oil, black pepper, Bytown Beanery coffee grounds, sea salt, fresh rosemary, paprika, and horseradish.

Started in an extremely hot oven to create a bark on the outside of the roast and then slow roasted to an internal temperature of 160 degrees.

Roast Chicken

Our most popular menu item is Late in the Evening — our chicken panini. Upon noticing this it became a high priority to add a Roast Chicken Soft Bun Sandwich.

Our chicken is marinated in paprika, curry, lemon zest, sea salt, and pepper. Slow roasted and carved to bite size pieces.
