An honoured panel of tasters gathered to sample new creations coming soon to The Flying Banzini. A few tweaks and less than two weeks and they menu will be updated.
Coming onto the menu…
Roast tomato bruschetta.
Marinated tomato and bocconcini salad.
Roasted Ruben Sandwich.
“Let’s Go Crazy” – pizza with alfredo, bacon, jalapenos, and mozzarella.
And the new burger lineup. There are three:
Classic bacon cheeseburger – 6 oz chuck patty, double smoked bacon, red onion, cheddar, and BBQ sauce.
Swiss mushroom melt – 6 oz chuck patty, thyme roasted mushrooms, rich beef gravy, and Swiss.
Pepperoni pizza burger – 6 oz chuck patty, pepperoni, mozzarella, basil tomato sauce.
What do we call these burger pocket pizza dough pockets? Suggest a name. They are burgers but instead of being on a bun they are wrapped in pizza dough and flash broiled. What would you call them?
I think this calls for a whole new food category. You can be the trend setter. Category - Burzza - “I’ll have the classic Bacon Burzza”
