Since July 2014 we have had six permanent cheesecake flavours.

From time to time we have a feature flavour cooked up by the Banzini elves (they’re like Santa’s elves but we have an employee benefit plan).

We will be adding a new permanent flavour. We might be dropping one of the original six. Please make a suggestion. Maybe it’s one of the seasonal flavours we have featured. Or, maybe you love your grandmother’s maple-walnut cheesecake. Whatever. Let us know. The elves need work.

If we make your suggestion, dinner for four is on us.

We will be sampling new flavours into the summer…
